Water temp sensor

My car starts fine when after it sets over nightBut when it gets to running temp & you shut down for30 min or so it's hard to start & you have to floor the gas to get started.would temp sensor be telling the engine it's cold when trying to start it.it says it controls the cis-e injection system. This is what the part controlsK-Jetronic" green
Federal

Try searching for 'Fuel Pressure Regulator'.

It maintains fuel pressure for when cold start systems are inactive do to temp.

Has been changed out

accumaltor, fuel pump & filters were changed out 05/10/2006.I think I have changed out everything from the bottom of fuel tank to the fuel injection system.I was reading up on the temp sensor & it said it had something to do with the cis-e injection system that was going to be the next thing to be replaced.I wanted to check with you guys first to see if that had anything to do with it before I droped $65.00 plus. Thanks

It can be tested.

Ohm's range from the temp chart in the /Engine Manual-Combustion Manual-07.3 Mechanical/electronic gasoline injection system (KE injection)-121 Testing electrical components of KE injection system. page 60

Temperature °C........Resistance k?
-20........................15.7
-10.........................9.2
0............................5.9
10...........................3.7
20...........................2.5
30...........................1.7
40...........................1.18
50...........................0.84
60...........................0.60
70...........................0.435
80...........................0.325
90...........................0.247
Same resistance values apply to KE intake air temp sensor.
I think this chart applies to these 2 sensors for all KE systems but don't know for sure.
