W124 frozen rear toe adjusting bolt: what is the cheapest solution?

Dealer said they heated to unfreeze the rear toe adjusting bolt, but it did not work.

What is the cheapest solution?

The car is 1992 300D, 124.128 chassis.

Hi
I would try to cut the bolt with a thin blade, without damaging the control arm. Then insert a new bolt. If that does not work you need to destroy the control arm and get a new one.
Regards, Bruno

Just realized: you write about the rear. I'd replace the link including the frozen bolts (on both sides) after having used the cutting wheel to get them off.
