WADR, first of all, you need to tell folks what year car you have. I assume from your question you have the V6 engine. You will find all the info you can handle on spark plug changes by using the search function. I did mine recently and found everything I needed here by searching and reading. Spend 30 minutes searching and you will save yourself all kinds of grief. And yes, you do need to clear all of the air intake plumbing on the right side of the engine and the windshield washer tank on the left side, only 10 or 15 minutes. You need all the room you can muster to get those suckers out and the new ones in. Take your time, do the searches, and have the right tools on hand... anti-seize compound, dielectric grease, 17mm open end wrench for the boots, T30 torx driver for the coil packs, etc, etc.
Please don't ask for someone to explain AGAIN how to do this. It has already been covered.
Good Luck, Dan
