Could anyone give me the procedure of installing a heater core in a 1987 190D 2.5?

You have to take out the complete dash (incl. steering wheel and console) and the complete heater housing...is that something you WANT to do?

Since out must remove the dash & take the heater box out to disassemble , I would suggest buying the W124 chassis CD. THIS job takes 10-15 hrs for a MB tech with previous experience.
