W124 E320 Cabriolet Needs More Grunt
Hi new to the forum

i don't see why a M119 4.2L wouldn't fit in the engine bay. I know that MB/Porsche did some modifications to fit the 5.0L in there, but I think the 4.2 and trans. would fit ok.
