Are these service CD manuals any good for 2001 S-Class?

This one for $110 on one DVD on Ebay at: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7931875432&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT

Or this 5 CD set for $80 from a company called ManualsUnlimited at: http://www.manualsunlimited.com/catalog/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=s430

They have no contact info or phone number but will take your credit card number.

Any other places that may have them???
