Did MB produce the E420 or E430 with the 4MATIC for U.S. consumption?

I'm looking at the E420/E430 (depending on what I find) and was wondering if the 4MATIC was available with the V8 engine.

The E430 was available as a 4matic car. No E 420 though.

I know it is most probably no, but what about the e500?

If you mean the 1992-1994 500E / E500, definitely no 4Matic with those cars.
