Thanks. I was wrong. When I got the alternator off the other wire was connected to D+ so after connecting both wires everything seems ok.

Hey thanks!! Worked great and I didn't even strip the 6mm bolt. I'm still going to replace it with a regular head bolt like you said in case I have to take it off again.

FIXED IT!!!!

In case anyone else has this problem here's how I fixed it! The cold start valve was leaking gas into to intake so it took 15 seconds of cranking to clear the flooding. I repaced the cold start valve...
