Our beater E320 has lately been lacking it's passenger/right high beam.
Some days it works, some not.

The bulb failure light stays on when it's acting up, even before touching any of the light...

No, but I can apply a ground to one pin of the 2 pin plug on the temp sender on top of the t-stat housing and get high speed operation on both fans.
