Purchased another 2014 GLK350 today

Just like the one I own (even same colors) but with only 87,xxx miles on it. Will pick it up Friday.

We probably won't put a 250,000 miles on this one.

Was yours giving problems or you just wanted the new one? Are you keeping both?

No issues nor problems, I just wanted one with less mileage for the rides across the country coming up. I'd been nosing around for one for at least a year now.

South Carolina car that is spotless underneath.

Step daughter and her hubby get the one with 318k miles.

318k ='s a well maintained vehicle. I'd like to find a nice lower mileage truck for long distance trailering, did 5 hours today. Truck is nice, clean and runs really well but is 14 years old with 206k.

Best of luck with the new ride!

Drove down to Lexus of Hilton Head and picked it up today. Just what I was looking for.

It was built 12/13 so the navigation screen is a little smaller than the old GLK is only difference I see. Runs and drives out like a new one.

Sounds like a great car. I just looked at the HH Lexus dealer inventory. Did you have to fill out all that personal information in order to see how your GLK was priced? I see a ML 550 but do not want to give them all my personal info just to see how much they want for it.

Thx.

Congratulations!

The X204 platform is a great choice for long distance travel when you don't need a whole lot of cargo space. We regularly use ours in that role and love the 600 mile range, great visibility and while the shorter wheelbase ride isn't S class like it's good enough for multiple 800 mile days without killing my back.

I'm also kind of in the same frame of mind with regard to looking for lower mileage 2000-2015 vehicles for replacements as our current daily drivers mileage/age out. The new offerings from Mercedes and others just strike me as silly with multiple 15 inch touch screens, computerized colored interior lights and hundreds of computers networked together running "AI" that require software bug upgrades every 3 weeks - until of course when Mercedes stops supporting them in 5 years because they expect you to buy another basket of silly computer chip infested garbage.

My thoughts exactly and I find it quite easy to work on. I'll be visiting Crater of Diamonds State Park and Monument valley in it sometime this year.

It looks like it probably belonged to a wife or daughter of one of the HH millionaire$ and got traded in on a new Lexus SUV.

Your hallucination told you all this or you did a deep dive on the car fax and did the creepy deep google search on the POs?

Started out with CarFax. Also based on the condition of the car and that there was a female name programmed in the phone list on the screen. My inquisitive imagination also played a part. It also looks like it has recently had a brake job and it has high dollar Michelin tires on it.

I've been looking for a replacement for about a year and came accross this one a few days ago.

Photos ?

What's the engine?
4X4 ?

Good idea. Less miles. The thing about buyin' used vehicles is that the longer you wait to start shopping for what you want, the fewer there are, and, the higher mileage they have.

I learned this when shopping for my 06 E320 CDI after they were 6 to 8 years old. They became fewer and far between em as time went on. To where now, they're virtually non-existent in any lowish mileage situations.
