Manhatten building Unique design outside and beautiful interior on

It should be beautiful for roughly $3,000 to $9,000 per square foot of living space.

Ever since al-queda, the CIA, or whoever(s) was responsible for running those airplanes into the WTC, I've kept my feet on the ground.......

Oddly enough I don't find it anyplace I'd like to live .

NYC IMO is best enjoyed by young folks .

I was lucky enough that in 1977 my employer paid my expenses for 3 months of advanced computer training at a location in Manhatten. It took two weeks for me to adjust to that city and become comfortable in venturing out in the evenings and weekends. Really enjoyed the concentrated selection of museums, art galleries, restaurants, and unique retail shops plus my first exposure to live theatre productions. Even started enjoying bagels from H & H with smoked salmon, thin sliced onions, and a schmear of cream cheese. For years after that, if working nearby I'd make a special trip into Manhatten to buy a few dozen of the H & H bagels to take back to Minnesota.

Mmmmm H&H bagels....
Our firm did exterior examination of 111 W 57, via rope. Team of folks repelling down the building. Weather at the street level was often way different at the top!

I visit frequently for work. It has an energy and buzz that I really enjoy -- I would not want to live there, but for business and whatnot, it is hard to beat. Philadelphia has a similar vibe but it has waned since covid. Great food in both cities.

That is very beautiful. It is amazing what can be done with enough money.
