Man buys a pair of shoes that are to small if he likes them?

The wife and I was at the Flea Mall today and I saw a pair of Justin Boots that looked brand new for $25 dollars. they were 1/2 size too small. I know that women often buy shoes that are too small, I was just wondering if it was alright for men to buy shoes that was too small.

These same boot sell for over $300 at the boot store.

If they are too good a deal to pass up it OK if you buy them to satisfy your manly need to hunt and gather. If they hurt your feet and you wear them anyway then you are overdoing your feminine side. Especially if you are wearing them because they go good with your favorite dress.

I've always wanted a pair of boots and these was exactly the ones I wanted other than the size and the price was really good. And one of my customers does shoe repair. so I will have him stretch the width for me and they should fit just fine. It's not the length that is the problem, it's the width.

But if the tool doesn't work, length or width is worthless.

I was only kidding. CLK, be careful with Justins. They aren't all the same. Their American made boots are still decent, but many of their less expensive lines are made in China and have inferior leather and are reinforced with cardboard and plastic. Pure crap. If they are American made they'll be labeled as such.
It's normal with "cowboy" boots to buy a half size smaller than you normally wear. When you first start wearing them there should be a tiny bit of heel slip that will become un-noticeable after they conform to your feet.
