Why? I didnt think we had that much racism alive today. We arent taught much about other cultures. This I know. Maybe thats why. I learned a lot from one of my good friends who is from Mexico. I never knew he was though.

When I saw the OP I thought it was going to be the Mexican National Anthem being sung. The kid was singing the American National Anthem. What's the problem?

If this is a problem and only "true Americans" are allowed to sing the national anthem, I guess we better start lining up American Indians for the ball games. Those are the only Americans that I can think of that would qualify.

BTW, this is not an act of racism, it's an act of ignorance. Some people evidently assume that since he has Mexican roots that he is here illegally. Not necessarily racism. As a Texan, I've known zillions of great people my whole life that were of Mexcan ancestry and here legally. There are lots of fabulous people in and from Mexico.
