iPower Web Hosting

Anybody here use them for web hosting?

My site (which is hosted by iPower) has had intermittent availability since last Thursday. Additionally, the e-mail (which is mission-critical for my Bride's consulting biz) has become so hosed for some reason that I cannot get her Outlook to get mail from the server nor am I able to get Outlook on ANY of our machines to connect to the server and get mail from ANY new e-mail accounts. Consequently, she has to use a browser-based email tool to access her mail.

Yesterday, she had 54 biz-related emails on the server and sometime today they must have installed a new image in the server....one from the 6th of June !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Jeez. She now has zero mail and I have three mails from the 6th.

I've spent at least 10 hours either trying to fix their screw up, surfing the web, trying to discover WTF I'm getting these error messages or, waiting on hold for the next available technical support specialist who, get this, had the nerve to tell me that, since they cannot duplicate the problem, there must not be any problem.

I just paid my annual fee too...right now, I'm mad enough to bite nails in two. As soon as I can find a local provider, I'm moving my domain to another ISP and disputing their charge to my credit card.
