They have one of those Brazilian places near there. All you can eat. You get a round button; one side red, one side green. Green side up, the servers stop at your table and give you how much you want. They come around with sword-like things with meat on them. You won't leave there hungry. All kinds of meat and a salad bar about as big as some restaurants. I think it is up around Rogers, AR.
Or, better yet, go to Fayetteville by the University and eat at Doe's. Great steak. Many hoppin bars in the area around Doe's as well, along with many ladies. Get there early so you can find a parking spot in back.

I like Mister Bs Steakhouse in Rogers on 71B; it's in the vicinity of the WM SuperCenter #1 in Rogers, but on the other side of the street.
I also like Fred's Hickory Inn in Bentonville which is also on 71B North of Wal-Mart HQ.

I've eaten at both the Brazilian place and Doe's.
I say Doe's. It is a place the locals eat at, and the steaks are big and delicious. They also serve authentic hand made tamales, and you order by the dozen.

I have a client that brings me Doe's tamales in a coffee can on occasion. One of the guys that used to work there opened up a small shop in my neighborhood, but unfortunately didn't make it.

I'm sitting here in my hotel room in Nashua, NH, finishing my third Maker's Mark on the rocks, and I think I can wolf down a whole plate of tamales right now. ![]()

Yeah, it was great to have a tamale shop within walking distance. He served beer too. There are many others in town, but are in the 'hood.'
I have a friend from Austin that makes the best tamales I have ever had. When he visits, we make a huge batch in my crawfish boiling rig and I food-saver them in dozen packs. MMMMMMMMMMMM. |

Oh, she went to the sushi bar. Decided to play it safe.

"Playing it safe" by eating sushi in Arkansas is kind of an oxymoron, like jumbo shrimp or inexpensive lawyer.
