Only thing on ebay right now...Didn't know if thats exactly what your looking for though. Since the older onces actually were the 15 slot versions.

Good Luck

Thanks, but no, I'm looking for the 15-hole wheels, not the 8-holes, to for that period factory look.

I did find a set on ebay, but way too expensive.

Hi Neil-

I have been looking for AMG's to replace my stock 15 hole chrome wheels. My wheels are in good shape and the tires have about 4,000 miles on them. Any idea what they may be worth? (This may speed up my search)!

I have a set for sale. Contact me privately and I will get you the details.

These are MB OEM for the 129 chassis. Excellent condition. Paint is in perfect condition. Two of the wheels have Pierelli P6000 tires on them. With or without tires - same price. Asking $300 for the set.

Dave- can you take a picture of the back? I need to confirm offset (ET 34 or ET 37) and can you measure back-pad length?

Thanks,
:-) neil

Sure thing. These are the correct wheels. They are ET 34, but I will get you a photo.

I dont understand "back pad length" , what is that!

Backpad length is the length of the wheel's hub that contacts the chassis hub.

It pulls the "face" of the wheel out to clear calipers.

I have 500E calipers on the wagon, so I got to make sure these wheels will clear.

From the inside wheel face to the face that contacts the hub.

Here's in illustration of the side of a wheel:
If you took measurement "5" and extended to the inside wheel face.

Thanks,
:-) neil

Great diagram, but I dont see "back pad" length defined.

OK so as I understand it, I will lay a straight edge on the inside edge of the wheel and measure the distance to the face where the lug bolts are located.

Is this right?

The only thing I know for sure is that they are 129 chassis wheels.
