500E Wheel Offset Question?
What is the offset of a stock 8 hole 500E wheel? 35mm? How does that compare with the 18 x 8.5 and 9.5 SL129 wheels from TireRack? I mention this only because I fitted a set of these wheels to my 500E and the rear wheels did not have enough negative offset to bring them under the fenders. Fronts were good, though. It looked like it needed another 1/4" or 3/8" to properly fit. I am now looking at a set of 17" EVO's but I really want to run 18's. Does anybody know the specs on the 18 x 8 and 18 x 9 AMG Monoblock wheels? Would these give a better fit? Any pictures?

The Original wheel is a 16x8 ET34. The 18x8 Monoblock has a 31mm offset and the 18x9 rear has a 35mm offset and work great on the 500E. The AMG 129's are 18x8.5 ET25 and 18x9.5 ET23 so they will stick out a little more than the Monoblocks.
