They're called window scrapers and they are on ebay for pretty cheap for a set of all 4. You have to cut them to size

I’d rather have OEM.

Then try the dealer. They are still available. You're still going to have to cut/trim them to size.

The aftermarket ones on ebay are just fine and made by the same company in Turkey that Mercedes uses, but your choice.

The window scrapers are 126 725 03 65.
