Amazon has dozens of options under $15.
You can also buy it at the Mercedes dealership, that's where I got mine, it was like $35.

Mine came in 10 days ago from Amazon.com. Works great. Highly recommend getting one that fits like a glove. The 14 flutes are necessary to get the great fit on the oil filter cartridge cap.
BTW, notice how tiny the CDI oil filter is? The '99 E300 and '83 300SD's were like 2.5X the size of the CDI one. I hope this isn't a problem of filter capability....
