OM603 Euro Intake Manifold! ***For Sale!***
What you see here guys is a EURO OM603 N/A intake manifold. All US production om603's were turbocharged here. I bought this with plans to weld up a new plenum box on this manifold for a 603 Turbo which this is just about perfect for! You could probably also make a separate plenum box/tube for this that attaches with short sections of hose w/clamps if you desire. I have seen pictures of these used as the foundation for an improved turbo intake. With even a half decent plenum this would be much better than the not so great 603 turbo manifold. Since you are the designer, you could design this so that it's much better for charge pipe routing on cars with an intercooler where as the original turbo intake, people often block off the crossover flange and weld in a new inlet tube.
Since I am switching to an OM606, I no longer have use for this intake ![]() This isn't the easiest thing to locate here in the states and this one can be yours for $75+shipping. I might entertain the idea of welding up the manifold for you, making a completed, ready to bolt on and use performance intake manifold for the nominal fee of $450+shipping. That would also cover the cost of materials to fabricate it, welding supplies, consumables, media blasting, and labor. I can use my 300D as mock-up and put the charge air inlet wherever you want it. Thanks for looking guys!

I also want to add, it has a nipple port in each runner where it meets the head, I thought about using these for direct port propane injection. You can leave them and use them for something or block them off. It wouldn't be hard to pull the nipples out to thread the holes for ports or plugs or weld closed.
