NADA prices for 80 450 SL

I just looked up used prices for both my 87 300D and 80 450 SL. This is what is listed.

1980 450SL: LOW AVERAGE $10.100 MEDIUM $15.800 HIGH $21.400

Seems kinda high, don't ya think?

So I decided to see what my 300D would be.....LOW $2500 MED $3600 HI $4525

The used prices for the 300D are pretty close to what they are currently selling for. So if this is true, is it safe to say that their used prices are pretty close for the 450SL too, or are they way off from reality?????

NADA's prices are pretty close on most classic cars. I have been using them for sales of vintage cars and they are real close.

I think your 450 is that high because its on the way up. The 450 sl is a cool car and will become a sought after classic. imho.
