Too bad it's only for existing W140 and R129's with the V12 engine. $24K *INSTALLED* in an existing V12 W140/R129.

I can only make an inference from this data:
1997 SL500: 4,165 lbs. 1997 SL600: 4,455 lbs. (same block as Brabus 7.3 V12) Delta: 290 lbs. Assume 70% is engine and 30% is to support the V12's drivetrain, then engine is about 203-lbs. heavier than the V8. :-) neil |

Does anybody know how much this is in Kg
![]() Something quiet interesting about engine heights, I red in Mercedes Enthusiast that the Brabus 6.5 V8 (SLK 450hp!) engine doesnt weight that much more than the V6 3.2 litre !!!! The problem is all the cooling components that are needed. (Radiators, oil pan,etc...) |
