Question Too "gangsta"? What wheels & grill for wagon?

Now that the C36 powered wagon is back in production, I'm debating on going to black-centered 3-piece AMG/OZ wheels, regular 3-piece AMG/OZ wheels, or keeping the 5-spoke Mercedes "Avant Garde" wheels?

Also thinking about an "avant garde"/1997 600SEL front grille all blacked out.

Opinions & suggestions?

Thanks,
:-) neil

The poll will only allow one selection.

I voted for the black-out 600 SEL grill and the 5 spoke avant garde wheels, but you can't have two choices.

Maybe make two polls....???

Neil, The Silver mercedes 5 Spoke Wheels look best IMO
The Black AMGs are To Much! THe Black Wagon NEEDS Bling Bling for rims..It Sets off the Black color The Stealth look!
BTW what size are The MB five spokes...They look To Small!16s?
Great to hear its back in Service!

The MB 5-spokes are 17x7.5 ET 37.

What does "needs BLING BLING" mean?

The Term (Bling Bling) is The Pimp Factor....IMO a Black car needs some Hi Polished wheels..How about the New AMG Wheels?Split spoke 18s...They look great and should clear most calipers!

blacked-out center / AMG 3-piece + black 600SEL grill

Neil:

(Completely) blackout that bad boy - leaving only the wheel lips polished...

"Bling-bling," notwithstanding, it is (quite simply) TIGHT!

Good call Scott...i'd suggest all chrome begone!! (Except for the lip of the rim)

You need to black out that trim on the sides as you have done on the bumpers

In my opinion this would then be "the stealth himself" instead of Bling Bling!

As well, go for a one piece or a new 2 piece instead of the older multi AMG's if that's an option. The old multi piece rims make the wheel look smaller as the spokes are shorter. There is too much left unpainted on the old style multi IMHO

Didn't realize that "gangstas" drove station wagons

If you want to pimp-out (or pimp-up?) you ride, I'd say that first you need to do a full gold trim treament, then go for some 19-20" rims (chrome of course). Then you must have a thumpin sound system and tint your passenger and driver side front windows. That should do the trick. BTW what ever happened to crush velvet/leapord interiors and chain steering wheels? Guess that's old skool!

Question Gangsta's in wagons ?

Euro Mob style . . .

Gotta have room for the body bags . . .

More akin to "Victor the Cleaner" or "Vincent" in Ronin, although he had a 450SEL 6.9!
