Headers for E500

I have a 2003 E500. I am contemplating of putting headers on it. Any suggestions? Will I have problems with MB warranty? I have them on my Acura and they don't interfere with the warranty. Thanks in advance.

Do you have a source to engineer and fabricate them? I don't think there is an aftermarket mfgr.
