Throttle body size on M103 3.0?

I went to the junkyard today and pulled a spare intake manifold off of a 2.6 103 - which I think is the same as the one on the 3.0. As I tear in to this manifold and build it back up with the intent of it driving EFI conversion first, then ignition, then eventually turbo, is there any advantage to a particular size of throttle body?

I’ve noticed that the 103 doesn’t necessarily seem to have much in the way of nuts at the upper end of the rev range, unlike my 3.2 Carrera, which loves being in the 5-6k range. Obviously different type of car and engine, but just wondering if this is a breathing issue where I might see some minor gains with more air (before turbo).

IIRC stock is 64mm. I did a 70mm on a 103 and there was a slight high RPM bump, but nothing life changing.

The 300CE-24 has a 70mm but I made mine by boring a sleeveing the 64mm unit.
