M103 turbo oil return
Hello
I was planning to put oil return to the sump but i'm affraid that with cold engine oil level in the sump may be too high and it may disturb oil flow from turbo? If someone knows good place in the engine block where to drill a hole than a would appriciate that. All suggestions are welcome. Pelle |

on my 617.951 the return goes into oil pan.I think a running engine has enough oil in pan to suck never overfilled with two gals.

Not sure if you have one or two turbos. Oil return to the sump works well. Attached is a drawing that shows the location used in my build. Center line of entry point is 31mm from top of sump.

For oil out i decided to use oil pan too and it looks like a win, no smoke from turbo.
And its running - MB 300CE - YouTube Settup is really raw and having some trigger errors but i'm pretty happy |
