m111 intake port !

today i removed the intake manifold to weld bung for MAT sensor
but i found some weird things in the intake port , in the middle and its got some electric connector under the ports
anyone know What is it and how to remove it?
the engine is m111 2.2L

the 2nd picture show it , and 3rd is the electric connecter when i removed the wiring harness there was nothing to connect it with

Those look like inlet air/fuel heaters. In cold weather they will keep the fuel from puddling in the bottom of the intake port. The clean spot in the middle of them is where the injector is aimed. Cold fuel will hit the heater and vaporize. Don't know how to remove them though...

thanks a lot , they definitely look like heater
i removed them today they were held by o ring just like injector
and they are bigger than i thought ,but now i ended up with big hole in the intake , maybe i can cut them in the lower part and reinstall them
