Gentelmen

It is my understanding that the M120 V12 is essentially a clone of two 3 liter 24 valve 6 cylinder engines. If this is so, which model engine is it most closely related to. And how close is close. What parts are interchangable.

Has anyone put a Megasquirt or other engine managment system on such an engine, preferably a post 96 car with an electronic shift 5 spd automatic. If so I would like to here from you
