Hi everyone thanks for reading this thread.....I'm new to all this so please bear with me....Here's my question.......I have a 2005 clk320 cabriolet.....any suggestions on aftermarket performance parts......I'm looking to do exhaust system, intake, springs and struts......any help would be a great help......One more thing.....can anyone recommend a good shop to do aftermarket installs in the San Francisco Bay area...thanks to all of you

As far as an intake and exhaust, save your money for the suspension. The factory equipment can hardly be improved upon for an otherwise stock engine. You have to do serious engine modifications before the factory intake and exhaust would become the limiting factors in power output. Most of the aftermarket stuff you see is for seriously underperforming economy imports and most likely wouldn't perform as well as your stock parts. Mercedes after all are the best cars and if cheap bolt on parts would make them better they would be on there to start with.

The cheapist upgrade by far would be to trade it on a CLK500.

Try the Evosport power pullies..they WORK! I Have them on my E class and I Gained 14hp at the Wheels then add software ....Huge Improvement!
