save this '92 300CE from the boneyard

I have a beautiful looking '92 300CE,
(you all know that is the COUPE, and I only mention this after an independent repair shop, by phone, after I had told him '300CE' asked me, 'is that the coupe?'),
Champagne color, clean and straight body, right around 190k miles - and needs a water pump before it will go anywhere. I came to the realization that while it is a beautiful car, it's not what I would currently call an 'appreciating classic'. To me, it's sucking up either my time or money and has to go.
Right now I'm waiting for approval from CA BAR's Consumer Assistance Program which will give me $1500 to remove the car from circulation by sending it to the junkyard.
I appreciate classics and don't really want that fate for the car, so I was greatly conflicted. If someone would like the car for that price, you either will have a great toy to tinker with, or a really great parts car if you need that.
I'm 5 minutes north of LAX. You'll need a trailer or tow, but it will run for loading.
If interested, (310)488-6685 and I can text you pictures. Thanks!
