How much do you want for it?

US border
I am 2 hours or 2.5 hrs due north of the Oroville, WA border crossing - Vernon is on Highway 97. The crossing at Midway BC (north of Republic, WA) is an alternative.

US delivery
As well as delivering it to a US border crossing on the BC-WA border I could also arrange to deliver it to the US border crossing due south of Calgary, crossing into Montana. Looking at the US regulations, import of a vehicle older than 25 years is quite simple. Import duty is only 2.5%
The easiest method is if a US buyer crosses the border and we exchange the paperwork on the Canadian side - happy to work with anyone to make it easy for us both. Will also deliver to a Vancouver or Alberta buyer. Last edited by 300sdToronto; 10-02-2012 at 09:00 PM. Reason: update |

Need to post pictures and a price. The rust will scare a lot of the guys so you should post a picture of that.

more pics of the SD
Here's some more pics including the front bumper, which has a rust spot emerging on the driver's side, in the chrome strip on top of the bumper. Sorry to be late with these, been travelling for work and had a couple of local guys see the car today.
I've also included some other pics to give more detail on the generally great condition of the body. |

More pics - underside this time
I am being really up front here about the vehicle. The two wheelwell shorts are the drivers' side rear wheel well. The first thumbnail is the front half of the well, the second the rear. The spot circled in yellow is beginning to get that "hollow" sound so there is possibly some rust in there.
if you plan on keeping the car I'd recommend grinding down the original sealing compound, treating any rust and re-applying new sealant. I believe in being absolutely up front with forum members which is why I mentioned it. I'm suspicious of this patch, that's all. Also included some other underbody shots while I had her up on the jack. Last edited by 300sdToronto; 10-06-2012 at 09:34 PM. Reason: add text |
