South Africa

I realize that there is not a lot of South African Formites, but maybe we can mention a few good independant MB workshops in South Africa over time.

After being ripped off by my dealership when servicing my W202 C280, I'm urgently looking for an independant MB specialist in the Gauteng area.

Question What is the name of the dealer you had problems with?

It may save others from this issue.

Seeking parts in South Africa

I am trying to find parts in South Africa for my Gelandewagen. It would be great if someone could point me in the right direction.

One of my dad's friends is a mechanic in Scottburgh, south of Durban. His family are all in the trade and most of them live in the Jo'burg area. I'll send him an email to see if he can get any names for you guys.

Here is one I found on the net.

The W124 is our most popular Mercedes Part seller at our shop in Cape Town South Africa. Most of the W124's are purchased because they are either not running or accident damaged. Our website: Mercedes Parts
