Another recommendation for John Keefe! I am hailing from California and, after researching the opinions on different forums I went with John for a pre-purchase inspection of a 2011 E 550 Convertible from Coast to Coast Imports. First ,they did not want to drive the car all the way to John's shop but instead wanted me to use a shop right around their corner which had mediocre reviews. They finally agreed as I would not have flown out to Indy without John doing the inspection. He fit them in very quick and called me afterwards with his assessment. He was honest and spent probably at least half an hour on the phone with me. Then he sent me the diagnosis print out as well. He endorsed the car and that made me go and buy it. I drove it all the way back to L.A. and had had no problems at all. John is a stand up guy, he knows his stuff. If I would live in Indy, he would get my business!
