hi guys...sitting home wondering how do i get arround 300hp out of my om606 in my mercedes E300td w210 can it be done with a chip in the ecu or do i have to go with the mechanical pump larger turbo and other injectors would still like to keep my automatic transmission or will the transmission blow with 300hp or how mutch can i get with a chip in the ecu..?

The mechanical pump, larger injectors and bigger turbo will probably be needed.
I have the following:
-3" Straight Pipe Exhaust
-Speedtuning Stage 2 Chip
-Speedtuning EGR delete

The car is definitely faster with the mods I made. I've considered a different turbo. But it suits me just find right now.

Easy! 7mm elements with matching delivery valves in the electronic pump, Holset HX35 turbo - adapted or custom exhaust manifold and voila!

You can build a max fueling circuit to fine tune the top end.

That depends on the preferences of whoever beefs the pump up for you, any 60x pump will fit. It's not just the mechanical pump, it's a beefed up pump. Myna prefers '87 pumps when they do modifications.

The electronic pump can be beefed up too, you just wouldn't be able to use an off the shelf map anymore, only custom.

What exhaust housing size do people typically employ for the hx35 on this motor at 300hp?

I like propane for quick races or mountain power at full throttle. No need for pump to be messed with.
