I bought a 240D in 1982. I only used it for awhile then stored it here in NYC for a looooooooooooong time. When I sold it a couple of years ago, i think like 2-3 yrs ago it only had a whopping 2500 miles put on it!! I sold it to a guy who lived somewhere in the Dakotas. The guy flew in and picked it up and drove it back. In 1982, I had bough the car for $21,000 and I sold it for $15,000. About 3-4 months later, I see the car on EBAY selling for $25,000 and it was bought by someone, I dont know who... Now I really miss it and I want it back.

It was Midnight blue w/ Palomino MB-Tex interior. It was as basic as it can get. Manual tranny, roll down windows, etc...

If anyone here knows the person who bought it... plz tell me. I will like to buy it back.... or would like to hear how it is doing

I knew the car was on ebay when I was looking for it. I even emailed the seller who had it but the person didnt believe that I was the original owner.. It was on twice and was selling for $25,000. Who ever has it is very lucky and I should of never sold it. It is really One in a million. THANK YOU ALL!!
