MB tools have the MB star on them?
Hi,
I bought a glow plug reamer off of ebay. It looks exactly like the ones that I have sene in pictures, except that it has no MB markings. No star, no part number, nothing. Does this mean its a good counterfeit, or do soem MB tools not have the star and part number engraved? Thanks, JMH

Some tools are made for MB but are not the official MB tool, generally the official MB tool costs a little more. For instance if I would have ordered my IP locking tool from the stealership I'd probably pay a little more and it'd have the MB star on it, however I bought it through a internet store and they sent it to me as a Sir tool. Now Sir makes the tool for MB, it just didn't have the star on it. The same holds true for Hazet wrenches and other tools as MB doesn't directly make them.
