When I rent a car in Europe, it's not uncommon for me to drive it until it needs fuel before I find out for sure if it's a diesel or not.

The MB CDI is not the only great diesel engine commonly found in Europe.

It sounds like the US is learning more about this all the time. It appears that we will see more good, modern high tech diesels here in the US soon.
