I recently ordered some parts from Fastlane. There was a mix-up in the order. Too many of one thing and not enough of another. I e-mailed Phil yesterday about the problem. Tonight the missing parts were on my doorstep when I arrived home. There was also a phone message, 'Keep the extra AT filters'. A person couldn't ask for better service.

Yeah.. had the same thing happen to me. I ordered pin connectors and none were in the box hehhe so it was an empty brown box.

I sent an email to Phil and I got a reply in less than 30 mins probably! Heh.. great job!

The parts were then sent out the next day... and arrived quick as usual!

Wish I had the same luck with Fastlane I ordered downpipe exaust for my car and I recived the wrong size about 3 ft too small because these aftermarket parts will not bolt up to the original and all I got was a sorry about your luck.

Time and delivery is great however.

If anyone plans on replacing the exaust on an 83 300 sd I have 2 down pipes I'll let go for $75 each + shipping ($155.00 each At Fastlane) all you would need to do I get the rest from Fastlane so you will be sure they mount up correctly..
