Climate Control Panel & Cruise Control
I think there is a vendor who will rebuild one's climate control panel. I am looking to have mine completely rebuilt before doing other A/C - Heater work. This would be for a 300D 1983. Also, I believe there's a place to have the Cruise Control rebuilt, the unit from under the dash. Anyone know who this might be?
How can I trouble shoot the CC? I can't even find where it activates the throttle. How's it work with no vacuum? My only and lonely Haynes manual doesn't cover the CC at all. Thanks for all your help folks. |

Found that this site has just about all the parts I'll need. Didn't realize the parts shop was so comprehensive.

www.gdl-online.com/begin1.html is prolly the place you're thinking of for getting rebuilt CC parts.
