My friend Blue Nelson visited a truck museum in Oregon, and saw this: A 1984 Freightliner with the only V8 Diesel ever produced by Mercedes-Benz

Could it be that there was only ONE Freightliner truck produced wit that V8 engine?

I believe freightliner sold a lot of them. Not that popular though. I have always wondered why European truck diesels like Mann have never been in north America.
