If you insist on getting a W221, Look for one better optioned than that one.
With the VIN listed in this thread, if anyone just googles the VIN, they should find this tread. I always google the VIN.

Agreed. With the tremendous pressure these fuel systems operate at - over 20,000 PSI - the wrong fuel, even when used only briefly, can do some real damage.
