Power window Switch Wiring
The wiring harness that goes into the left rear power window switch literally fell apart when I removed the door panel to replace the regulator. I ended up with 6 wires with no identifying tags. I removed the switch on the right rear power window to see if it was wired the same and for the most part, I was able to reconstruct where the six wires belonged. The only problem is that I crossed two of the wires and I don't know which two. If I press up on the center console switch, it works correctly. If I press up at the window switch, the window goes down. I repositioned two of the wires and now the window switch works correctly and the console switch is backwards. Btw, the right rear window has different colored wires. Any help would be appreciated. Perhaps a picture of the left rear harness positions? Thanks in advance.

See the pics this if from the left rear of my 1984 300D. Use the yellow arrow pointing to the latch part of the connector to orient the wires. Note that some of my Wires are numbered.
Unfortunately I don't know if wiring colors are the same through the years.
