Question Windshield Washer Fluid Nozzle

My 2008 MB E320 Bluetec driver side windshield washer fluid nozzle is not delivering fluid. The passenger side is working properly.
I had it cleaned with a tooth brush and also cleaned the holes in the nozzle but still not working. I briefly check for lose hoses and seems like there are not hoses disconnected. With an air hose I blew some air into the nozzle but still not working. I did not remove the nozzle assembly yet.
When opening the assembly, are there some specific points to look/check for?
Thank so much.
