1978 300cd cowl vent clips
I started out just pulling the rear glass and fixing the rust around the back window frame and touching up a few dings and bumps but when I started matching the paint, nothing worked so I am painting the entire car.
When pulling off the chrome and black cowl vents, the plastic clips or retainers that hold the cowl vent down broke the heads off (most of them) and I am having trouble finding them. Peachparts does not have a listing for them that they can find. These are rectangle shaped heads with the same pattern as the cowl vent on the visible side with a square shaft aprox 3/16 thick and 1/2 inch(or less) long. Does anybody know where to find these? Part #, name? anything? 1978 300cd

Does anybody have a part number for the molding (trim) cap for the rear of the drivers door?

The part number Rivet: 1239900492 work for the later 300cd but the earlier ones use 1239900192.
