1985 280TE Fuel Filter

None of the F.L.A.P.S. or websites have parts for a 1985 280TE, as not imported into the U.S.A..

So order a fuel filter for a 280SL and get an oil filter.

Anyone have a part number please?

Any help greatly appreciated...

Pelican lists a 1978 280E sedan. I would start there...

Thank you.

Curious how the 280SL is different?

Forgot about the 280SE.

Now that go under, which should have done long while back, find at least two fuel leaks, one from the hose going to the filter.

0024774501 is the MB part number for the fuel filter (it supersedes older part numbers 0024770301, 0024770601, and 0024771901).

Just in case, for future reference here is the EPC link for your European W123 280TE wagon (123.093):

Mercedes Benz EPC 123.093 Chassis Information Everything Benz

Alec, thank you so very much!

See, if had not been lazy and not wanted to lay in the rain, would not have found a free alternative of E.P.C..

Going out now and see about changing those hoses.
