The headlights and parking lights on the 190D under my care started to blink randomly. Pattern is even. But stops and starts. Have seen several cycles this morning. I hear a clicking relay (sounds like a turn signal) in the passenger foot well area. Actuated by opening doors.

What is this relay and how do I access it?
