Help With Glowplugs
Hello, I have a manual relay all wired up, (yes, its the proper one) and im gonna remove all the factory wires for the glowplugs and redo it all myself, (that includes the dashlight.) I know that the fuse for the glowplugs on the factory relay is 80 amps... That seems really high to me, am i wrong here? What SHOULD i use? Also, not to keep bugging you but do i need a fuse for the dash light as well? If so how big of one should i use? Very primitive on any knowledge about how electricity works, i only know how to monkey with it :)

What year model and engine do you have,
If it has a 80 amp fuse then that is what you need. There is regular automotive fuses that go that high and you need a fuse holder that can take the amperages. People that put in high amp Car Speakers/Sound Systems use 80 and 90 amp fuses. They also have automotive circuit breakers that go that High.
