i have a new temp sensor .. but what is this other thing i need to get (looks like a us style wall plug?)

Pressure switch. Won't allow the compressor to engage with no pressure in the system. Can be jumped to engage the compressor but then you have no shut down if the system pressure goes out of the safe operating ranges.
