Thanx ~ this is fuel intake vacuum measured before the clear plastic intake screen using a 'T' fitting ? . EDIT : Oops ~ I just realized that you already said to use a 'T' fitting .

All my gauges are 50 + year old and American made so only read in Inches and Pounds .
