I have not found a replacement yet. I searched around some sites for metric viton o-rings but haven't found any in the correct size so far. I have a parts guy from a dealer looking into the matter with Mercedes. He has a few o-rings on order to see if they will fit. He also ordered in the pipe the o-rings go on thinking they might come with them; but, they do not. I got the contact for the parts guy from my cousin who was a Master Mercedes Technician for years and years. I should have the matter resolved in a couple more days. I'll be looking at other o-ring dealers in the mean time. |

The awesome parts guy from Mercedes I dealt with ended up figuring out this o-ring situation by ordering 26 thinking it would come with the top o-ring; but, it didn't. Next he ordered in all the o-ring numbers on both diagrams: 107; 32; and, 29.
It turns out that: 29 fits between 8 and 26; 32 fits between 26 and 41. The diagrams were definitely confusing even to a seasoned MB parts specialist. The left side of the diagram shows 23 and 41 while the right side 26 and 35 respectively. Also, the turbo actuator looks to be a different setup. Here are the correct part numbers: Item 107 is A-013-997-29-48. Quantity needed 2. Item 29 is A-013-997-32-48. Quantity needed 1. Item 32 is A-602-997-02-45. Quantity needed 1. Thanks for everyone's input. I appreciate it! Last edited by SimplyThinkDreams; 01-27-2016 at 07:04 PM. Reason: To List Correct Part Numbers |
